Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Civil Engineer / Site Engineer to manage and supervise multiple ongoing projects. The candidate will oversee 5 to 6 construction sites, ensuring timely completion, quality control, and smooth coordination among site teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily activities across multiple construction sites (56 projects).
  • Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety norms.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for manpower and material management.
  • Monitor site progress, maintain project records, and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Handle quantity estimation, billing coordination, and basic site-level problem solving.
  • Report regularly to the Project Manager and communicate updates effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: B.E. (Civil Engineering) / Diploma (Civil Engineering).
  • Experience: 3–8 years in building construction or site supervision.
  • Strong understanding of civil construction processes, project coordination, and quality control.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously and handle teams efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD preferred.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
