We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with strong expertise in Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants (STP, ETP, WTP, DM) and associated valve systems. The candidate will be responsible for project execution, civil works supervision, quality assurance, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee civil construction activities for STP, ETP, WTP, and DM plant projects.
  • Supervise structural and RCC works, including tanks, foundations, and related utilities.
  • Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation teams for smooth integration of plant components.
  • Review and ensure compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and standards.
  • Monitor site progress, contractor performance, and material quality.
  • Manage installation and alignment of valves, pipelines, and equipment foundations.
  • Ensure safety, environmental, and quality control measures are strictly followed.
  • Prepare daily progress reports, BOQs, and assist in billing and documentation.
  • Liaise with consultants, vendors, and clients for site inspections and approvals.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and site supervisors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in STP/ETP/WTP/DM plant construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of civil structures, hydraulics, and valve systems.
  • Knowledge of IS codes, design standards, and project documentation.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling tools.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in industrial, utility, or water infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with MEP coordination and site quality audits.
  • Willingness to travel and handle multiple sites if required.
