Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Executive based in Bengaluru, India, with some flexibility for work-from-home. The role involves managing customer interactions, generating leads, and handling sales opportunities. Daily responsibilities include client outreach, understanding customer needs, maintaining customer records, following up with prospects, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and a results-driven attitude
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales technologies
- Previous experience in a SaaS or AI-driven platform environment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
