Territory Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Width of Distribution Expansion
- Identify and onboard retailers to increase market penetration in alignment with RDs.
- Ensure 100% coverage of assigned territory through regular market visits.
- Drive sell-in and sell-out strategies to optimize inventory movement.
2. Retailer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with top-performing retailers to enhance sales performance.
- Conduct weekly check-ins with key retailers to address concerns and boost engagement.
- Ensure timely resolution of retailer queries regarding pricing, promotions, and inventory.
3. POSM Material Deployment & Visibility Enhancement
- Ensure proper placement of POSM materials (standees, posters, product displays) at retail points.
- Regularly audit stores for brand visibility and adherence to display guidelines.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure timely refreshing of promotional materials.
4. Reporting & Sales Analysis
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with performance metrics.
- Track and analyze sell-through rates, stock levels, and retailer performance.
- Provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate must have experience into telecom segment dealing into mobile handset field sales experience
