With a strong presence in both online and offline markets, we are looking for dynamic sales professionals to strengthen our on-ground retail and distribution network. Key Responsibilities - Execute daily field visits to build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and salon partners. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory. - Generate new leads, expand the customer base, and increase product penetration. - Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper placement in retail stores. - Coordinate with the Area Sales Manager for order processing, scheme implementation, and promotional activities. - Collect and report competitor information, market trends, and customer feedback. - Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve order-related issues. Key Requirements - 2 to 4 years of field sales experience in the FMCG, Beauty, Cosmetic, or Personal Care industry. - Strong understanding of retail sales, distribution channels, and market coverage. - Goal-oriented, energetic, and capable of working independently in a target-driven environment. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
