If your experience goes beyond just filling out applications and handling visas—and you truly understand global higher education, career pathways, and personalized student profile building strategy to crack leading Universities and Scholarships. — have you been thinking about how AI will revolutionaries this space?
If yes, this is for you. You'll also be a visible expert, appearing on camera to deliver content that inspires and educates thousands of students across India. Working with other experts from the sector and contributing in accomplishing and completing a Capstone project at IIM Calcutta.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design personalized profile-building strategies for students targeting top global universities
- Deliver counseling sessions focused on long-term career alignment and academic fit
- Host webinars, workshops, and content series on camera (recorded & live)
- Contribute to curriculum and content development on topics like research, AI, entrepreneurship, and more along with the subject matter experts.
- Track education trends and advise students on global admissions, career paths, and upskilling opportunities
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a world-class student experience
What We're Looking For:
- 3 years of relevant experience in profile building, academic counseling, or higher ed strategy (not just admissions)
- Academic background preferred (education, psychology, liberal arts, higher ed)
- Outstanding verbal & written communication skills (multilingual is a plus)
- Confident on camera — webinars, interviews, reels, or educational content
- Passionate about mentoring and guiding students with authenticity and depth
- Deep understanding of top global universities, scholarships, and admissions nuances
