Job Description:
Career Helps is looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Intern to join our team remotely. As an intern, you will support our business development efforts by identifying growth opportunities, building client relationships, and assisting in strategic initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in market research, partnership development, and sales strategy execution while working closely with industry professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and emerging trends.
- Generate leads through various channels such as emails, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and industry partners.
- Assist in developing and executing business strategies to expand Career Helps&apos reach.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance brand visibility.
- Support in the creation of business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends to provide valuable insights for business growth.
- Engage in client communication to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Assist in partnership development with universities, training institutes, and corporate firms.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative business solutions.

Qualifications:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of business development, sales, or marketing.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in business development or sales is a plus.
- Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate.

Duration and Compensation:
- Duration: 3 Months
- Job Location: Remote
- Stipend: Performance-based, up to 15,000 per month + Rewards
- PPO Opportunity: Available for exceptional performers
