**Overview**
- The Admission Counsellor at Glendale Academy plays a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the student enrollment process. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills to guide prospective students and their families through the admission journey.

**Responsibilities**

**Inquiry Management**:

- Provide detailed information about the school, its curriculum, facilities, and extracurricular programs.

**Counselling**:

- Assist parents in understanding the admission process, documentation requirements, and timelines.
- Address queries and concerns of prospective parents and students.

**Documentation and Coordination**:

- Ensure accurate and complete documentation for admissions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for interviews, entrance tests, and other admission-related activities.

**Relationship Building**:

- Build strong relationships with prospective parents to encourage enrollment.
- Follow up consistently to convert inquiries into successful admissions.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Maintain records of admission inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollments.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on admission statistics and performance.

**Skills Description**
- Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in Education, Management, or Communication).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Prior experience in school admissions or similar roles is a plus.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet admission targets.
