Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Berhampore for an Admission Officer. The Admission Officer will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process and assisting with student enrollment. Day-to-day tasks include providing information about admission requirements, addressing inquiries, maintaining effective communication with students and families, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the admissions process. Additional responsibilities include managing admissions records and supporting students in transitioning into their educational journey. Qualifications - Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build positive relationships with students and parents - Knowledge of International Admissions processes and practices - Excellent Communication and verbal skills - Proficiency in Customer Service to provide high-quality support and guidance - Understanding of the Education sector - Proven organizational skills and attention to detail - Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or relevant field - Previous experience in admissions or related fields is an advantage
