Specific Responsibilities:-

  • Handle calling for Member service.
  • Identify and assess Members' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with member accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle member complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure complete resolution of issues.
  • Keep records of Member interactions and process customer account

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹390,000.00 per year
