As a Compliance Testing Manager, you will play a crucial role in conducting Compliance reviews for Banks functions and new products to ensure adherence to regulatory norms. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the preparation of the Compliance Review plan to be presented to the Board. - Developing and updating Compliance review checklists in alignment with regulatory guidelines and internal policies. - Conducting field work and ensuring timely completion of reviews. - Drafting Compliance Review reports and engaging with relevant stakeholders for discussion. - Compiling responses from stakeholders and finalizing Compliance Review Reports. - Maintaining comprehensive documentation and working papers for all conducted compliance reviews. - Creating an Open Issue tracker for Compliance Review Reports and tracking closure of open issues with management. To excel in this role, you should possess: - In-depth knowledge of the regulatory environment for banks in India, especially the RBI regulations. - Strong research skills and the ability to interpret regulatory guidelines effectively. - A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Banking Industry. - Sound understanding of various banking areas such as Trade, Remittances, Treasury, etc. - Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders.
