We are a 15-year-old, award-winning Corporate Events and Brand Activations agency with offices in Mumbai and Delhi, known for crafting powerful experiences for some of India's most prestigious brands including Audi, Skoda, Tata Motors, and others.

Our work spans corporate events, brand launches, dealer meets, exhibitions, conferences, and experiential activations, delivering excellence from concept to execution.

Role Overview

The Manager – Client Servicing & Account Growth will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, ensuring seamless project execution, and driving additional business opportunities from current accounts.

This is not a new business development role — it focuses on nurturing ongoing partnerships, understanding client needs, and proactively offering relevant event and activation solutions that deepen engagement and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction.
  • Understand client goals, brand guidelines, and event expectations to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal creative, production, and operations teams for project planning and execution.
  • Build a deep understanding of client businesses to identify and pitch new ideas, formats, or experiences suited to their marketing calendar.
  • Drive repeat and incremental business from existing accounts through relationship building and value addition.
  • Ensure timely costing, proposals, and post-event reports for all projects.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining strong quality standards.
  • Stay updated on market and brand trends to offer fresh ideas and experiential concepts to clients.
  • Support the finance team in ensuring timely billing and collections.

Requirements

  • Graduate or Postgraduate with 5–10 years of experience in Client Servicing within the Events / Experiential Marketing / Brand Activation industry.
  • Proven experience handling large corporate clients and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and client orientation.
  • Ability to translate client briefs into creative and executable event ideas.
  • High attention to detail, multi-tasking ability, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60, ₹100,000.00 per month
