Client Reporting

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
J.P. Morgan Asset Management is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and business partners. Our sales and client service teams, marketing support, and product specialists, are dedicated to the support of our clients and leverage the capabilities of our global firm to deliver to our clients. We provide an integrated approach to client servicing in order to meet the client’s full range of investment and servicing needs. Each new client is assigned to a Client Service team which consists of a Client Advisor, Client Account Manager, Portfolio Manager and Investment Specialist.

As an Associate in Client Reporting team, you will be completing various reports and steer strategic initiatives for the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete various ad-hocs, custom reports & other tasks as assigned.
- Steer local and global strategic initiatives on process improvements, transformation and control enhancement.
- Understand the numbers being reported, build the domain expertise including product knowledge.
- Work on Regulatory reports for Funds such as KiiDs, Factsheets, etc
- Active interaction and training with teams where required
- Develop domain expertise across all functions within the team by continuous up-skilling through in-person and online trainings
- Working with Client Reporting’s dedicated automation specialists and Technology partners to deliver automated, scalable solutions.
- Ad-hoc projects - Working with various individuals and groups on projects related to different asset groups/strategies

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- Graduate with at least 10 years of experience / Postgraduate with at least 8 years of experience.
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook skills (intermediate/advanced)
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively with local and global teams, as well as on own initiative; sensitivity to different cultures and working styles
- Need to be a self-starter, creative and be able to prioritize key tasks effectively
- Excellent with analyzing large data sets and completing root-cause analysis of any discrepancies found.
- Strong analytical skills, high aptitude for numbers.
- Strong written communication skills.
