We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee all aspects of our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing profit & loss, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining quality standards, controlling food costs, and supervising food production. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Profit & Loss Management:
- Monitor and control restaurant budgets, revenue, and expenses.
- Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
- Prepare and present regular P&L reports to management.
- Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
- Quality Control:
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Implement and monitor compliance with food safety and health regulations.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
- Food Production & Cost Control:
- Supervise kitchen operations and coordinate with chefs on menu planning.
- Monitor food preparation processes to maintain consistency and quality.
- Control food cost, inventory, wastage, and vendor relationships.
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Motivate and guide team members to achieve operational excellence.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment.
- Conduct training sessions to improve staff performance and service standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership.
- Strong knowledge of P&L management, food cost control, and operational processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced environments.
