We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The role involves managing staff, maintaining service standards, monitoring food cost, and ensuring smooth operations to deliver an excellent dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise staff, assign duties, and maintain discipline and service standards.
- Monitor and control food cost, wastage, and inventory.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure food quality, hygiene, and timely service.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Strong knowledge of food cost control and operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
