Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Technical Support, located in Ahmedabad. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing technical support operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving services. Daily tasks include managing customer support inquiries, guiding the technical support team, and maintaining a high level of customer service. The role might also involve interacting with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve product performance.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage and lead a technical support team
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience in the mechanical seals or process industry is a plus
