Job Summary
The Junior Purchase Executive is responsible for assisting in the procurement of materials,
equipment, and services required by the organization. This role involves coordinating with
vendors, obtaining quotations, preparing purchase orders, maintaining purchase records, and
ensuring timely delivery of materials. The position requires attention to detail, negotiation skills,
and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in the procurement process by sourcing suppliers, collecting quotations, and
preparing comparative statements.
● Issue purchase orders (POs) and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery
● Maintain and update vendor and purchase records in the company's database or ERP
system.
● Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payment processing.Monitor
inventory levels and support replenishment planning.
● Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and budgetary limits.
● Assist in vendor evaluation and maintain good supplier relationships.
● Prepare regular reports on purchase activities, costs, and delivery status.
● Support the Purchase Manager in day-to-day administrative and documentation tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
● Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain
Management, or related field.
● 0–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles (freshers
may apply).
● Basic knowledge of purchase procedures, inventory management, and vendor
coordination.
● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with Zoho Books/Zoho
Inventory or ERP tools is an added advantage.
● Strong communication and negotiation skills.
● Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per year
