Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Manager, located in Kozhikode. The Customer Success Manager will oversee customer relationships, ensure satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth and retention. Responsibilities include managing communications with clients, addressing concerns, improving customer experiences, and analyzing customer feedback to refine strategies. The role also involves fostering long-term relationships to support the company's mission of delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
