Senior/Lead Product Manager- Mutual Funds

About the Role

We're looking for an exceptional Senior / Lead Product Manager to lead the Mutual Fund Pod at smallcase— driving the next wave of innovation across one of our most important product verticals.

In this role, you'll own the entire Mutual Fund product roadmap and strategy, lead a talented team of product managers, and work closely with designers, engineers, and analysts. You'll also spearhead new initiatives that shape how millions of Indians invest, analyze, and grow their wealth through mutual funds and beyond.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the MF product vision & roadmap: Define the long-term product strategy for Mutual Funds across the smallcase and Tickertape ecosystem.

• Lead a high-impact team: Manage and mentor PMs and work closely with engineering, design, research, and growth to deliver seamless user experiences.

• Drive product innovation: Conceptualize and execute new initiatives that enhance how users discover, analyze, and invest in mutual funds.

• Leverage data & insights: Use product metrics, investor behavior data, and competitive intelligence to make informed decisions and prioritize effectively.

• Collaborate across the ecosystem: Work with internal and external stakeholders — from distribution partners to data providers — to scale the product and deliver value.

• Ensure business alignment: Drive product outcomes that meet user needs while aligning with organizational goals and growth metrics.

What We Look for in You

• 6+ years of product management experience, including team leadership or pod ownership.

• Strong track record of shipping and scaling consumer-facing products, ideally in fintech, wealth tech, or capital markets.

• Deep understanding and passion for investing and financial markets — you actively follow trends, build hypotheses, and think like an investor.

• Excellent analytical, strategic, and execution skills — comfortable using data and insight to drive decision-making.

• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across teams and stakeholders.

• Experience working with modern product and analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL, etc.) is a plus.
