As we expand across geographies and deepen our offerings, we're looking for a Business Development Manager who can bring strong domain understanding and a high-performance, network-driven approach to our growing global client base.
Key Responsibilities
Own the complete B2B sales cycle – from prospecting to closing – in India, Japan, Singapore, the U.S., and other target markets.
Leverage your personal industry network to acquire strategic enterprise clients in sectors such as autonomous vehicles, Gen AI robotics, AI, and mobility.
Develop and execute outreach strategies tailored to decision-makers in mid to large-sized technology firms.
Deliver client presentations and product demos, often in collaboration with technical or product teams.
Navigate and negotiate complex contracts and commercial terms independently.
Maintain a sales pipeline in CRM tools and deliver against quarterly revenue targets.
Provide market feedback to internal teams to influence product development and Go-to-Market.
Represent Deepen AI at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking forums (virtual or in-person).
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B business development or enterprise sales, preferably within a technology-first company.
Proven ability to independently close high-value deals, particularly through personal relationships or network outreach.
Experience working with clients in global markets, especially in India, the U.S., Japan, or Singapore.
Understanding of enterprise software, AI tools, autonomous systems, or data-related technology is a strong plus.
Highly self-motivated, persuasive, and result-oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Engineering/MBA Graduate from a reputed institution preferred.
