Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals for the role of Junior Process Analyst / Process Analyst in our Customer Service team. This is a dynamic role involving interaction with US-based customers via email and voice support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through calls and emails with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Maintain 100% data accuracy while inputting customer information.
  • Adapt to changing shift patterns and business requirements.
  • Work on Indian and US holidays as per business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and remain open to feedback and learning.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent Communication Skills – Must be able to manage multiple emails and calls independently.
  • Attention to Detail – Accuracy in data entry is critical.
  • Flexibility – Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reasoning Ability – Strong analytical and logical thinking.
  • Typing Speed – Minimum 30 WPM.
  • MS Office/Excel – Basic proficiency required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in international BPO (6 months to 4 years).
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Candidates awaiting postgraduate results may be considered.
  • Must not be currently enrolled in any higher education program.
