Role Overview: Levers for Change, a Business Transformation Consultancy, is looking for skilled and dedicated individuals to join as Analysts. As an Analyst, you will provide objective advice, expertise, and specialist skills to help clients achieve their project goals. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with clients, mapping processes, identifying areas for improvement, developing new processes, and driving implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with clients to map current processes and control systems - Identify areas for improvement and develop new processes - Drive the implementation of agreed solutions in areas such as operations, logistics, sales, and services - Work on project-based tasks alongside a team of 2-3 members - Conduct studies on the shop floor, interview employees and management teams, facilitate workshops, prepare presentations, and formulate recommendations Qualifications Required: - Possess a strong academic track record - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a Tier 1 Institute - Completed a post-graduate program in Management from reputable institutes - Prior work experience in manufacturing operations or business process improvements preferred - Keen interest in core manufacturing operations, good analytical abilities, and comprehension skills - Willingness to work on shop floor initiatives, travel, and operate in remote locations Additional Company Details: Levers for Change is a Business Transformation Consultancy specializing in helping organizations increase profits and achieve growth.
