Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Business Partner, located in Perundurai with some work from home acceptable. The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee relations, labor and employment law compliance, and performance management. The role involves collaborating with various departments, supporting the implementation of HR strategies, and ensuring a positive employee experience. The candidate will act as a trusted advisor to both employees and management, addressing concerns, and promoting a culture of trust and transparency.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) practices
• Experience in Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law compliance
• Proficiency in Performance Management processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in an export or trade company is a plus
