Role & responsibilities
Marketing Automation Consultant/Specialist (A business analyst, marketing automation Expert, and with knowledge of marketing automation tools) with minimum experience of 2+ years. Must have experience of different Marketing Automation platforms i.e. Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, Pardot, etc. Must have the experience, working with Marketing Managers and technical professionals. Understanding the marketing needs of a company and delivering satisfactory service with the support of other marketing automation professionals in the team. HTML and SQL are part of life, so must be fairly aware of it.

• eMarketing program management
• Marketing Automation and operations
• Marketo and Salesforce integration and Optimization
• Event and Lead Management (Lead Scoring and Lead Nurturing)
• Customer Relationship and management (CRM next step in your hierarchy)
• HTML, Responsive Design etc.
• SQL and Database for reporting and data management
Preferred candidate profile
- Managing the implementation of e-marketing campaigns on various Marketing Automation platforms (RW, Marketo, Eloqua etc).
- Work on customer's marketing database (SQL/MySQL)
- Work on customers CRM systems (Salesforce etc).
- Work in tandem with the software development and quality team, Data Team, CRMs to get the tasks accomplished, wherever required.
- Improve internal service processes for customer deliveries.
- Interact with customers to identify and exceed their expectations.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong on analytics and logic

- Must be able to work in 24*7 work environment.
