International Business Development Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and strategic International Sales Manager to spearhead global business growth for DareAISearch. The ideal candidate has deep experience in B2B SaaS or MarTech product sales, with a proven ability to penetrate international markets, build strong relationships with global stakeholders, and close high-value deals.
You will be the driving force behind DareAISearchs international expansion, working with decision-makers across regions to establish partnerships, onboard clients, and scale our AI-powered platform globally.
What Youll Do:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Global Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify and acquire international clients across regions such as the EMEA, APAC and Australia.
- Conduct virtual and on-site meetings to understand client needs and present tailored AI-driven search visibility solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure.
- Explore global lead channels (LinkedIn, partner networks, industry associations, etc.) to drive consistent pipeline growth.
- Represent DareAISearch at global marketing and technology events, webinars, and trade shows.
2. International Partnership Development
- Build and manage strategic alliances with overseas agencies, resellers, and technology partners.
- Develop region-specific partnership models to expand DareAISearchs footprint.
- Foster long-term relationships with international clients, ensuring retention and account growth.
- Negotiate global contracts and partnership terms in alignment with business objectives.
3. Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
- Create and execute regional sales plans tailored to different international markets.
- Identify emerging opportunities, client segments, and industries ripe for AI-driven solutions.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to localize sales strategies and collaterals.
- Maintain detailed records of regional performance metrics and provide forecasts to leadership.
4. Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor international market trends, competitor activity, and evolving client demands.
- Deliver actionable insights on market expansion strategies and business opportunities.
- Report sales performance, conversion ratios, and partnership outcomes to leadership.
What We Need:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in international B2B sales or partnerships, ideally within SaaS, MarTech, or AI-powered platforms.
- Proven success in acquiring and managing clients across multiple geographies.
- Familiarity with solution selling, performance marketing technology and long-cycle enterprise sales processes.
Skills & Attributes:
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with cross-cultural fluency.
- Strategic thinker with a consultative sales approach and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working across time zones and managing remote client relationships.
- Strong command over CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and digital prospecting tools.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, global startup environment.
