About the Team:
The RFX team plays a critical role in supporting our growing sales and solution consulting team and has a direct impact on winning strategic new business by providing innovative creative solutions, proposals to complex problems using unique skills to analyze, structure, solution, and present the long-term vision with clients and partners. You will work with both prospects as part of the business development process, as well as existing customers to help expand, strengthen, and grow relationships and ultimately help them realize the value in our Digital Experience product portfolio.
About the RFx Team and Proposal Manager Role
Adobe Proposal Managers play a meaningful role in supporting our growing sales and solution consulting team and have a direct impact on positive strategic new business. Adobe Proposal Managers will analyze, structure, solution, and present the long-term vision to clients and partners by providing innovative, creative proposals—recommending Adobe solutions to solve customer's sophisticated business problems. The ideal candidate will connect with both prospective and existing customers as part of the business development process. This candidate will lead a team of colleagues as they help expand, strengthen, and grow relationships and ultimately help customers realize the value of the Adobe Experience Cloud. This exciting role, you will work on Adobe DX solutions to help the sales team to build and deliver engaging proposals.
What your will be responsible for
Work on qualified sales opportunities to respond to customer requirements and build contextualized responses.
Work closely with Sales and Solution Consultants to scope and identify technology fitment and map to customer asks.
Manage the proposal plan from initiation to submission.
Drive the proposal process, cadence, facilitate win them workshop and manage the deliverable work-streams
Build customer facing technical and business assets that are compelling, differentiated and creative
Coordinate and review / edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery.

Deliver compelling recommendations that resonate with customers, stakeholders and leaders.
Conducting knowledge sharing sessions, represent team in conference presentations, publications, blogs.
What you need to succeed
B Tech /MBA with strong work experience in presales
Prior experience and in-depth knowledge of at least one of the following functional areas / technologies: Customer Data Platform, Marketing Automation, Content and Commerce
Five to eight years of experience in Pre-Sales, Cloud-based product implementation, Data Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, etc.
Ability to understand the challenges faced by customer in envisioning their customer journey and propose relevant solutions.
Strong understanding of MarTech ecosystem and integrations.
Project management skills in delivering on-time solutions that routinely exceed customer needs.
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills including conducting research, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations.
A creative self-starter mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong stakeholder management capabilities
Strong executive presence,
Skilled in word processing and graphic programs (Office Suite, Adobe XD, Photoshop, etc.)
Strong time management / prioritization skills.
Strong presentation skills, communication, writing and documentation skills - Capable of driving CXO presentations
Passion for new knowledge, resourceful and able to absorb concepts quickly.
Enjoy challenges and learning about industry and technology trends.
High level of energy, personal drive, and positivity
