Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new clients across Kolkata.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote Our range of products — and introduce new items as the product range expands.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in the HORECA industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and ready to take initiative in a growing organization.
  • Must be based in Kolkata.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: Completely negotiable and based on experience and performance.
  • Mobile and Travel Allowance: Provided separately.
  • ESI/PF Coverage: All employees will be covered under ESI and PF.
  • Incentives: Attractive sales incentives for achieving and exceeding targets.
