Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new clients across Kolkata.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Promote Our range of products — and introduce new items as the product range expands.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in the HORECA industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and ready to take initiative in a growing organization.
- Must be based in Kolkata.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Completely negotiable and based on experience and performance.
- Mobile and Travel Allowance: Provided separately.
- ESI/PF Coverage: All employees will be covered under ESI and PF.
- Incentives: Attractive sales incentives for achieving and exceeding targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
