Operations Manager - Taxocity

Are you a proactive, hands-on professional with a passion for building things from the ground up? Taxocity is a brand-new venture focused on simplifying company incorporation, GST registration, and other essential compliance services for businesses. We're looking for an Operations Manager to be the driving force behind our day-to-day operations and help us establish a seamless, efficient business.

In this role, you'll be the operational backbone of Taxocity. You'll handle a wide range of tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from our internal setup to our customer-facing processes. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership and make a significant impact on a new company.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Operational Management: You'll oversee all operational tasks required to build the company from the ground up. This includes everything from handling administrative tasks like applying for a corporate SIM card to managing key business initiatives, such as our own company's GST registration. Youll be a key player in shaping our operational processes.

  • Customer Relationship System: You will be responsible for setting up and managing a robust system for following up with clients. This includes tracking all leads generated through our website and ensuring that every potential customer receives a timely and professional callback.

  • Project Oversight: You will provide design suggestions for our website, handle vendor communications, and ensure that all operational tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Experience: You have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar role at a company that provides corporate compliance services.

  • Education: A B.Com (Hons.) degree is a must. This qualification will provide you with a foundational understanding of the compliance and financial services we offer.

  • Skills: You are a proactive, hands-on individual who thrives in a dynamic, startup environment. You have strong organizational and problem-solving skills and are an excellent communicator.

  • Salary Range: Rs. 3.6L - 4L per annum
