About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing food brand specializing in rolls, is looking for an experienced and self-driven
Operations Manager
to oversee day-to-day store and delivery operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, process discipline, and customer-centric focus to ensure smooth functioning and growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage
    end-to-end store operations
    , including staff scheduling, inventory control, hygiene, and compliance.
  • Supervise and optimize
    delivery operations
    , ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Establish and monitor
    operational SOPs
    to maintain quality and consistency across all outlets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, supply chain, marketing, finance) to support seamless operations.
  • Analyze operational performance, identify improvement areas, and implement best practices.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a high-performance culture.
  • Drive customer satisfaction initiatives and resolve escalations effectively.
  • Monitor P&L for operational efficiency and contribute to cost optimization.

Academic Background & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8–10 years of relevant experience
    in food & beverage, QSR (Quick Service Restaurants), or retail operations.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-store operations and delivery logistics.
