Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the CIBIL Data Acquisition – Inbound Process. The role involves handling inbound calls related to customer data verification and banking-related queries while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high service quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls related to CIBIL Data Acquisition.
  • Verify and update customer data accurately as per process guidelines.
  • Coordinate with customers for required information/documents.
  • Ensure compliance with banking and data security standards.
  • Maintain proper call and data documentation.
  • Deliver quality customer service and meet productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Banking / BFSI
  • Age Limit: Up to 35 years
  • Skills Required:
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic understanding of banking processes
  • Customer handling skills
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹25,000 In-hand
  • CTC: ₹30,000
  • Day shift role with fixed Sunday off
