Shift Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Day Shift)
Week Off: Fixed Sunday Off
Location: Thane
Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the CIBIL Data Acquisition – Inbound Process. The role involves handling inbound calls related to customer data verification and banking-related queries while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls related to CIBIL Data Acquisition.
- Verify and update customer data accurately as per process guidelines.
- Coordinate with customers for required information/documents.
- Ensure compliance with banking and data security standards.
- Maintain proper call and data documentation.
- Deliver quality customer service and meet productivity targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Banking / BFSI
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years
- Skills Required:
- Good communication skills
- Basic understanding of banking processes
- Customer handling skills
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹25,000 In-hand
- CTC: ₹30,000
- Day shift role with fixed Sunday off
- Stable process and professional work environment
