Senior Service Sales Manager

Position: Manager / Sr. Manager – CFS Service Sales

Location: West India (Thane / Pune)
Business Unit: Building Technologies & Solutions

What You Will Do

As a Manager/Sr. Manager – CFS Service Sales, you will be responsible for driving service sales across West India for Controls (BMS), Fire Detection & Suppression, and Security Systems. You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver tailored solutions, meet sales targets, and grow our service business.

How You Will Do It
  • Lead service sales for systems including Access Control, CCTV, Fire Detection (Conventional/Addressable), BMS, Fire Suppression (Gas-based), VESDA, Water Leak Detection, Rodent Repellent, Flap/Boom Barriers, UVSS, IoT, and Parking Management.
  • Engage with Field Operations to understand site requirements and prepare cost-effective proposals.
  • Drive customer negotiations and close orders efficiently.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline (5x of target) and ensure timely order conversion.
  • Comply with internal sales processes and documentation standards.
  • Explore new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
