Overview

An Overseas Admission Counselor is a pivotal role in guiding students towards their international education aspirations. This position requires a deep understanding of diverse education systems, immigration policies, and the ability to build strong relationships with students and institutions abroad.

Responsibilities

* Student Counseling:

* Provide comprehensive guidance to students on various study abroad options based on their academic profile, career goals, and budget.

* Assist students in selecting suitable universities and programs aligned with their aspirations.

* Offer expert advice on application processes, visa requirements, and financial aid opportunities.

* Conduct regular follow-ups with students to address their queries and concerns.

* Admissions Process:

* Evaluate student profiles to assess eligibility for different universities.

* Assist students in preparing application materials such as essays, letters of recommendation, and resumes.

* Coordinate with universities for application submission and follow-up.

* Provide support throughout the admission process, including visa applications and pre-departure orientations.

* Market Research and Development:

* Sales and Business Development:

* Achieve sales targets by converting prospective students into confirmed enrollments.

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the student base.

* Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

* Customer Relationship Management:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.

* Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.

* Gather feedback from students and use it to improve services.
