Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic Academic Counsellors to guide learners through their upskilling journey. You will interact with potential learners, understand their career goals, and recommend the right programs to help them succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential learners via calls.
- Understand learner needs and counsel them on suitable Crio programs.
- Follow up with leads to achieve enrolment and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a seamless learner onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance learner engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience in counselling, inside sales, or customer engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven, empathetic, and proactive.
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Experience in EdTech or academic counselling preferred.
