Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counsellor - Field Sales Officer, located in Bengaluru. The Academic Counsellor - Field Sales Officer will be responsible for providing academic advising and career counseling to students, understanding their educational needs, and helping them choose appropriate courses. Daily tasks involve meeting with students and parents, offering guidance on academic plans, participating in field sales activities to promote Infinity Learn's products, and assisting in enrollment processes.

Qualifications

  • Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
  • Academic Advising and Education-related experience
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a field sales environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
  • Experience in the Edtech industry is a plus
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
