Qualification:

Master's Degree in Chemistry
(Candidates with a background in Industrial Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a Perfumery Course Graduate will also be considered.)

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the perfumery and cosmetics industry
  • Gulf experience preferred

Salary:

SAR 6,000 – SAR 7,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fragrance Development:
  • Develop and formulate new and existing fragrances
  • Skilled in accord creation
  • In-depth knowledge of aroma chemicals, essential oils, perfumery bases, and solvents
  • Perfume Batch Preparation:
  • Prepare perfume batches and maintain olfactory consistency
  • Monitor and document fragrance batch samples
  • Quality Assurance & Laboratory Functions:
  • Perform QA/QC for all fragrance batches
  • Handle day-to-day lab activities
  • Apparatus Management & Documentation:
  • Operate instruments like GCMS, GLC, GC, RI
  • Prepare technical documents (MSDS, PAC, etc.)
  • Regulatory & Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with GMP standards
  • Understand product registration norms (SFDA-GHAD, ESMA, FDA India)
  • Procurement Functions:
  • Procure raw materials globally
  • Manage vendor relationships and consumption planning
  • Store Functions & Batch Delivery:
  • Maintain incoming inventory records
  • Manage batch dispatches for filling and production
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis:
  • Conduct regular market research
  • Analyze competitor offerings and market trends

Candidate Profile:

  • Master's in Chemistry or equivalent
  • Strong perfumery olfactory sense
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Innovative and creative thinker
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹110, ₹136,000.00 per month
