Job Title: Senior Executive / Team Lead Bulk Hiring (BPO Recruitment)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Senior Executive / Team Lead to manage and drive end-to-end bulk hiring for international BPO processes, including voice and chat support roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring in BPO processes (international voice, chat, and backend).
  • Strategize and execute high-volume hiring plans based on client requirements.
  • Source candidates through various channels job portals, social media, referrals, etc.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics and ensure timely closures.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and hiring managers for smooth onboarding.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in BPO recruitment, with at least 1 year in a team handling role.
  • Proven track record in bulk hiring for international BPO processes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Goal-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
