About the Role:

We are looking for
an enthusiastic and skilled Computer Literacy Trainer
to train young learners in essential computer and digital skills. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, fluent in basic English, and able to make digital learning engaging and easy to understand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver hands-on training sessions on basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet, Email, Google tools, Digital payments, Online form filling, etc.)
  • Simplify complex topics for students from non-technical backgrounds.
  • Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and practical exercises.
  • Track student progress and provide regular feedback.
  • Support the institute's mission of making Northeast youth job-ready through digital empowerment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream)
  • Prior teaching/training experience is a must (especially with youth or entry-level learners)
  • Strong command over MS Office, digital communication tools, and basic troubleshooting
  • Good communication skills in English and local languages
  • Patience, energy, and ability to motivate students

Preferred Background:

Candidates with experience in computer institutes, skill development centers, or digital literacy programs will be prioritized.
