Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Manager located in Lucknow. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing corporate events and campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients to understand their needs, managing event budgets, liaising with vendors and suppliers, overseeing event setup and teardown, and ensuring the success of each event from concept through to completion.

Qualifications

  • Event Planning, Event Coordination, and Vendor Management skills
  • Experience in Budget Management and Resource Allocation
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience with corporate events and marketing campaigns is a plus
