Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of HR operations and be eager to learn and grow in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process – job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support employee onboarding and documentation activities.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR database.
  • Help organize employee engagement programs and office events.
  • Coordinate with team leads for attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs.
  • Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and presentations.
  • Support HR team in daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
  • 4–6 months of basic HR experience (internship or junior role preferred).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of HR software or tools (added advantage).
  • Positive attitude, confidentiality, and eagerness to learn.
