Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role also includes handling employee records, managing performance appraisal processes, and providing support to employees in various HR-related topics. The HR Manager will work closely with management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Recruitment and Employee Relations
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
  • Skills in Performance Management and Appraisal Processes
  • Ability to develop and implement effective onboarding and training programs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in a managerial HR role is preferred
