Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Jaipur. The HR Manager will oversee the recruitment process, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and develop HR policies and procedures. The HR Manager will also be responsible for performance management, training and development programs, and handling employee grievances. This role involves collaborating with different departments to support and enhance organizational culture and employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment, employee relations, and training and development skills
  • Experience in performance management and HR policy development
  • Knowledge of compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
