Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and administrating HR management functions. This role involves working closely with management to align HR practices with business goals, ensuring a positive work environment, and handling employee grievances and conflict resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Handle payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, etc.).
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR policies, and documentation.
  • Work on HRMS software (Greythr) for attendance, leave, and payroll management.
  • Support employee relations, grievance handling, and engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Management and HR Operations
  • Skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies
  • Proficient in Human Resources (HR) practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS software (Greythr preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, and recruitment processes.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant certifications in HR management are an advantage
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the industry is a plus
