Role Overview

As a Software/Web Developer, you will work closely with our development and operations team to build responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications. You will also support implementation activities for client projects.

Key Responsibilities1. Web Development (Core Responsibility)

  • Develop and maintain web applications using and
  • Build responsive UI components and reusable front-end modules
  • Integrate APIs and ensure smooth frontend-backend communication

2. Technical Implementation & Support

  • Assist in implementation of software solutions, automation tools, and IT systems
  • Provide on-site technical support related to web-based solutions
  • Participate in software deployment activities

3. Coordination & Documentation

  • Collaborate with internal teams for project planning and execution
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, manuals, and process notes

4. Troubleshooting & Optimization

  • Diagnose and fix issues in existing applications
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience in &
  • Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub
  • Basic knowledge of backend technologies ) is a plus
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Quick learning ability and interest in AI, software tools, and automation
  • Experience: Freshers or 0–1 year experience accepted

Growth & Compensation

  • Fixed Salary (During Probation/Internship): ₹15,000/month
  • Post-Probation Salary: ₹20,000/month
