Role Summary

The Assistant Manager Executive Search will independently manage senior-level and mid-level mandates, lead client interactions, guide junior team members, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research & Leadership Talent Mapping

  • Lead research and create detailed talent intelligence reports.
  • Map leadership talent across industries.
  • Build long-term talent pipelines.

2. Candidate Engagement & Evaluation

  • Conduct detailed competency-based interviews.
  • Prepare evaluation reports for client review.
  • Manage candidate relationships until closure.

3. Mandate Ownership

  • Independently manage 8–12 mandates.
  • Ensure timely shortlist delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Handle negotiations, offer management, and closures.

4. Client Management

  • Engage directly with clients, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct role-intake briefs and manage weekly updates.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain high-quality assessment notes.
  • Manage trackers, dashboards, and internal documentation.

6. Market Intelligence & Insights

  • Monitor leadership movements and hiring trends.
  • Share insights to support strategic growth.

7. Team Leadership

  • Guide and mentor junior and mid-level recruiters.
  • Support the Director/Partner in managing delivery outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to ethics, confidentiality, and firm values.

Candidate Profile

  • 5–8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage senior-level mandates independently
  • Strong business understanding across industries
  • Leadership ability in guiding junior team members
