Job Description Highlights:
Role: Service Desk Engineer (L1) / Onsite Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
Provide 24/7/365 L1 support for end-users across multiple locations.
Handle incidents, service requests, and queries via phone, email, chat, and service portal.
Troubleshoot Level 1 issues (password resets, printer/peripheral issues, software installations, OS support, hardware troubleshooting).
Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2/3 teams.
Maintain knowledge base and provide onboarding training.
Technical Skills: MS Office, ITIL understanding, ticketing tools, hardware/software troubleshooting.
Experience:
Service Desk Engineer: 2–4 years
Onsite Support Engineer: 4–6 years
Education: Degree in Computer Science or IT.
Candidate Criteria:
L1 experience (1–3 years acceptable for urgent roles).
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with ITSM tools and process adherence.
Locations & Service Windows:
Multiple DP World sites across India (Mundra, Navi Mumbai, Kochi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Surat, etc.).
Service windows vary: 24x7, 24x6, 16x6, 12x7, 9x6.
