About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Service Desk Engineer to join our team and deliver exceptional technical support in an international voice environment. If you have strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for customer experience, this is your chance to grow with us
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle escalated technical issues from L1 support
✅ Ensure timely ticket resolution within SLA
✅ Maintain compliance with quality standards and company policies
✅ Deliver outstanding customer experience and maintain CSAT
✅ Update worklogs and follow escalation processes
Required Skills:
✔ Excellent communication skills with international voice support experience
✔ Strong troubleshooting for:
- Mobility applications
- Desktop/system issues
- Outlook, VPN, Citrix, VDI
- ✔ In-depth knowledge of MS Office/O365
Good to Have:
➕ Telecom experience (added advantage)
