Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Growth Partner Consultant with minimum 1 -3yrs experience. The consultant will be responsible for lead generation, managing sales processes, planning and executing events, and implementing marketing strategies. The role involves using CRM tools to nurture customer relationships and ensure the smooth flow of qualified leads. The consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Lead Generation and Sales skills
  • Experience in Event Planning and Marketing
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the customer engagement or digital marketing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
