Role Overview

We are looking for a
Social Media Manager & Backend Coordinator
with
1–2 years of experience
. The role involves managing social media accounts for our
clients
, coordinating with editors, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and post content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) for
    clients
    .
  • Connect with video editors on call, assign client tasks, and track progress.
  • Collect final edits from editors and deliver them to clients on time.
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients and editors to clarify requirements.
  • Maintain backend documentation, client follow-ups, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Candidate with
    1–2 years of experience
    in social media management, content coordination, or backend operations.
  • Proficient in
    Canva
    for creating social media posts.
  • Good knowledge of
    Google Sheets
    for tracking tasks and reports.
  • Strong
    communication skills
    (English & Hindi).
  • Basic knowledge of
    mobile editing apps
    like
    InShot
    .
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with good time management.
  • Any bachelor's degree
    from a recognized university.
