Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media professional for our West Delhi office. This full-time, mid-level position requires a strategic thinker with proven expertise in social media marketing, SEO, and digital marketing. You will play a pivotal role in executing our online presence and supporting client needs through innovative social media strategies.

Location: Rajauri Garden, New Delhi

Working Days:6

Timings: 10:30-6:00 PM

Salary: 30-35k Per Month

Qualifications and Skills

  • Social Media Marketing (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated expertise in creating, executing, and analyzing campaigns across key social media platforms for business growth.
  • SEO & Digital Marketing knowledge (Mandatory skill): Practical experience with SEO strategies and integrated digital marketing tools to enhance online visibility and reach.
  • Strategic planning (Mandatory skill): Strong capability in planning social media activities aligned with business objectives for both clients and internal branding.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to interact with clients, draft compelling content, and deliver clear branding messages across platforms.
  • Handling client Page: Proficiency in managing, updating, and optimizing clients' social media pages, engaging with their audience, and monitoring online presence.
  • Creative thinking: Adept at developing innovative concepts and visual content to boost engagement and distinguish brand voice in a competitive landscape.
  • Time Management: Skilled in multitasking, meeting tight deadlines for multiple clients, and prioritizing work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with social media analytics: Ability to measure campaigns, track KPIs, and provide data-driven recommendations for performance improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for the company and its clients.
  • Manage day-to-day activities on all relevant social media channels including content creation, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring responses.
  • Optimize content using SEO strategies to maximize organic reach, influence, and website traffic.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to design, implement, and report on campaign outcomes and digital initiatives.
  • Monitor analytics and generate regular reports on social media performance, audience engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Create visually appealing posts, infographics, and short videos that resonate with the target audience and align with brand messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing to drive continuous improvement.
  • Handle client page management, respond to audience queries, and troubleshoot issues to ensure a robust and positive online reputation for clients.
