About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and driving brand growth across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the brand's presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs) in line with brand guidelines.

Track trends and develop creative ideas to boost engagement and reach.

Coordinate with design and content teams to produce high-quality creatives.

Monitor social media performance using analytics tools; prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Manage community interactions: respond to DMs, comments, and queries promptly.

Support influencer collaborations and paid social campaigns.

Stay up to date with the latest social media algorithms and best practices.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in social media management.

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and emerging social platforms.

Creative mindset with ability to ideate trending content (especially reels & short videos).

Basic knowledge of social media analytics and ad platforms.

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

Familiarity with design tools (Canva/Photoshop) is a plus.

  • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands is preferred.
